LIVING AREA

The light-filled Great Room is detailed with a gas fireplace and a large TV, plus a sunken wet bar with a wine fridge and its own TV and separate seating area.

The game room is complete with billiards and shuffleboard tables, pinball, basketball, ping-pong, darts, cornhole, and racing games, as well as a fridge and TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef’s kitchen is configured with granite counters and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances.

Grab a quick breakfast at the three-person kitchen peninsula or dine together at the table for eight with an extra four seats at the bar.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps 12 guests between five bedrooms and two sleeper sofas.

The primary suite is appointed with a king bed, large TV, a fireplace, and direct courtyard access. The spa-like en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, TV, separate water closet, jetted soaking tub, and a walk-in two-person rain shower.

The second suite has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a private patio with mini golf access.

The third suite holds a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle, a TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom includes a queen bed and courtyard access. An adjacent half bath provides added convenience.

The casita has a queen bed, large TV, mini-fridge, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Cook outdoors in your mountain-view oasis -- the courtyard includes a built-in gas grill and a small covered alfresco dining area.

The resort-style pool features a bubble-jetted tanning shelf. For added comfort, the water is heated in winter and stays pretty cool in the summers.

Soak in the spa or practice your aim on the putting green. Enjoy happy hour in the covered conversation area or after-dinner stargazing around the gas firepit.

Driveway parking is available for two vehicles. Additional street parking is available directly in front of the house.

This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 12 people, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fines up to $1,000. Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood.

Local regulations require that the property manager meet you at the property upon arrival to review the applicable city ordinances pertaining to your stay.

Rather than add a flat pool heat fee, renters pay actual costs of propane for pool heat, firepit and fireplaces. That way, you decide how much you want to use and it's fair for all.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized in compliance with COVID-19 protocols.
